The VLand manufacturer has opted not to included bulbs with their headlights. We’ve asked why, they don’t really say.

So we took it upon ourselves to create the Elantra VLAND Specific HID Kit, a drop-in kit that fits perfectly. Our kit uses DD2H bulbs, the ONLY bulb that is supposed to be installed on these G5 variant projectors. You may see videos online that say H7 or H11 bulbs can be used, and they would be wrong. While you can probably jam any bulb in any projector, that doesn’t mean it’s right.

STANDARDS: The Hylux 2088 EU-Spec  HID ballast is what the Elantra VLAND Specific HID Kit was built around, set to produce an industry-standard 35w of power which typically provides around 3200 lumens on a quality 4300K Bulb. They will accept a 9-16V range for input and will power all HID bulbs with industry-standard AMP connectors, perfect for this kit.

RELAY WIRE HARNESS: As one of the most important parts in any HID lighting upgrade; don’t skimp out when it comes to your wiring. It doesn’t matter how good your ballasts are, or how good your bulbs are if your harness wiring is below spec (or fuses rated too low) when it gives out, your headlights will leave you in the dark. These harnesses are the best on the market and easily worth their price. No matter which one is right for your application, the harness features triple-sealed relay packs, stranded copper wiring, over-molded fittings, and plug-n-play functionality. This will ensure everything properly (and permanently) works with your vehicle’s original in-cabin controls.
