RGB vs RGBW: GTA Retrofits offers 2 variations of our GT RGBW Controllers. Read below for their differences.

2-In-1: The GT RGBW Controller comes with 2 independent controllers in one case, each with 2 male outputs. Want to add more outputs to a channel? You can! Simply solder in your own JST extensions/plug to the splitters (this will, unfortunately, void the warranty).

XBT Compatibility Adapters: Want to use Prism halos/Demon Eyes with our easy-to-install, pair, and use Bluetooth controller? Add these adapters to go from our 5 wire RGBW plugs to XBT 4 wire, set your led chips to RGB and you’re done!

DRL Drivers: Insert these DRL drivers between your GT RGBW Controller & your halo/strips’ drivers and you now have a 12v switched DRL wire. Simply connect the ground wire to the nearest ground, and the DRL wire to your 12v power source of your choice (we recommend one that turns off with your car obviously). Only 1 DRL Driver is required PER CHANNEL. Just add to the output that will be closest to wherever you’ll be tapping the DRL wire.

If using this Drl driver with Morimoto Prism products, DO NOT hook up the ground wire. Only use the white Drl wire.

Compatibility: These controllers are specifically for RGB/RGBW products and are not compatible with our 5v/12v Chasing led products.
