Driver Functions

Modes 1 & 2 Operate without any user input and will work regardless of Bluetooth connectivity (must still be connected to the battery at all times). Modes 3 & 4 work directly from the battery and will work regardless if the vehicle is ON or OFF (However 1 & 2 will still override 3 & 4).

1. Solid White parking light mode. This mode is triggered by a wire direct to the driver. Customers may attach this to an “Always on fuse”, a toggle switch, or any other light that they’d like the strip to turn on with (oem parking light wire). Parking Light mode overrides RGB & Show mode, so if you forget to turn off either before driving, it will automatically turn red.
2. Switchback Turn Signals. The leds will flash amber with your oem turn signal. This overrides RGB, Show Mode & DRL Mode.
3. Solid RGB. The downloadable IOS or Android App has “quick buttons” for solid RGB colours on the home screen.
4. Show Mode. 200 Preprogrammed Show modes controlled via your phone with a sp105e controller

Turn signal mode: The DRL driver handles the turn signal function, and is currently programmed from factory to have the sequential amber sequence illuminate for 24 inches of combined LEDs. For example, 24″ of led strip, or 1 Halo with 8″ circumference + 18″ of led strip if they are being installed in series as our halos are designed to do.

Installation: Jst plugs & connections are NOT waterproof, and MUST be protected with dielectric grease and heatshrink to prevent corrosion. Products not protected in like/similar manner will not be warrantied.
