Installation in under 30 minutes (each) including heating time.

1. Remove all excess wires from headlights, if they cannot be removed, bundle them together. Unscrew low beam cap at the back. Removal of the bulb is not necessary.
2. Preheat oven to 225F (wait to insert headlights until preheat is over).
3. Insert headlights (1 at a time), and heat for 15 minutes. (No wood block, cookie tray or what have you is needed, place directly on rack making sure not to touch element above and no wires dangle below)
4. Once time is up, remove and unscrew all Philips (+) screws from the back.
5. Using the fattest (widest) flathead you have, gently pry open headlights.
6. Once open, unclip original led board.
7. Remove 3 screws holding in original led board, and add in your new board. (New board does not tighten as much as original board)
8. Clip wires back together and reassemble in reverse order.
9. If this is the only modification you are completing, the headlight may still be warm. 225F for 10 minutes may only be needed for resealing.
10. Once removed from oven, clamp with 5+ clamps along the channel lip and screw in the Philips screws to hold in place.
11. Wait until cool to reinstall on your car.
