GT RGB Demon Eyes

WHAT’S NEW: GTA Retrofits’ GT RGB Demon Eyes are being updated! Each GT RGB Demon Eye now has its own rubber grommet to easily allow you to pass your wiring through your headlight housing. Simply drill a 19-24mm hole and pass the fully assembled plug through, and push the grommet into place. That’s right, no more de-pinning your wires to pass them through a gland. These install in under a minute. Also new to the GT RGB Demon Eye, we’ve stopped the braided wire covering 33 cm (approx 12″) from the RGB Demon Eye itself, so that when it passes through the grommet, there will be a tight seal against the wires. Lastly, we’ve improved our drivers, making them more compact, now in a watertight, fully potted enclosure. No more clanking drivers. With all these updates, as well as the rising cost of shipping, we’ve had to raise the price of the products from $50 to $65 Canadian. Still, we feel these are a terrific value compared to others on the market.

PLUG N PLAY: Unlike systems of old, and even a few of the “new” systems available today, when paired with our GT RGBW Controller, these demon eyes are truly Plug-N-Play. Simply connect the RGB Demon Eyes to their driver, the driver to the controller, and the controller to the battery using the included (and pre-wired) wiring with an inline fuse. All wiring is insulated by rubber tubing, then protected with TechFlex mesh for an OEM-like appearance, durability, and abrasion resistance.

REMOTE CONTROL: First-time users will need to purchase an optional RGB(w) Controller. The GT RGB/W Bluetooth Controller is a perfect match for these demon eyes. Using an upgraded UI of the popular Magic Light BLE app, you can set LED Chip types and wiring orders. 20 Pre-programmed show modes, DIY show modes, and an 18,000 colour wheel with 5 presets, + more! No weird proprietary app that needs your location permission.

LIFESPAN: Failures are few and far between with these RGB Demon Eyes. We keep it simple, because why overcomplicate a single led chip. It may not be powered to high heaven and have a massive heatsink to allow it to be the brightest on the market or 9 led chips to compensate, but damn is it reliable.

BRACKETS: Unlike some, these come with brackets. Flex em, cut em, chuck em, and make your own, mount however you want, just make sure the wires around aren’t squished or that you’re grounding the connections and you’re good to go!
